Our main offices are located in the bustling Northern Quarter of central Manchester. Bus and train links are all within a few minutes walking distance and we are across from the Crowne Plaza Hotel and a few minutes from the MEN arena. There is parking directly in front of the offices and 2 hour free zones surrounding the building.

I also travel to see clients throughout Europe although many of them I travel to see over a distance are professional sports people. Arrangements can be easily made to come to see you in any part of the country at reasonable rates.

If you require anonymity then arrangements can be made to see you at other locations by request. We do have some well known clients who prefer to keep thier anonyminty and pre arranged treatment rooms can be made available with security if required.

Monday: 9am to 8pm

Tuesday: 10am to 5pm

Wednesday: 10am to 8pm

Thursday: 10am to 5pm

Friday: 1pm to 5pm

Saturday: 10am to 12 noon

Laptops, personal systems and always being close to a computer means that it is easy to constantly keep in touch with people so please feel free to email me at any time. Sometimes it is easier to write what you need to explain so initial enquiries by email are very welcome. You can also fill in the form below with your query.

Fees are £120 per session.

Now, a session can last anything up to 2 hours and I ask clients to budget thier time to give me 2 hours per session.

If I have time and it is needed I may go over that time and you will not be charged for that.

For some people we only need one session to sort out the problem. For others it can take 2 to 3 sessions.

For clients who require ongoing support and momentum throughout thier period of therapy I suggest a monthly session of one hour and this falls more under the "coaching" umbrella. For this I charge £75 per hour.

For many this suits them as they always know they have someone there to support them through the process and can address change issues at each appointment.

For clients addressing weight issues, we suggest a monthly appointment which also includes continuing support by phone and email inbetween sessions.
