A combination of Neuro Linguistic Programming, TLT (for trauma), Hypnotherapy, Re-Patterning and Acceptance based therapy is used. We look for the root cause of the issue underlying the symptoms and design an approach which will either disrupt or remove the old pattern of behaviour. This also removes old emotional or negative attachments allowing you to progress and succeed.
