From years of experience dealing with clients and teaching practitioners in NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy TM, one thing I have learned is that unless you really want to change right now, there is no point in seeking my assistance.

I have watched clients with very severe problems excel in business, competitive sport and personally all because they believed they could - I worked closely with them and showed them how to do it providing support, on going therapy and coaching, they did the rest.

The therapy work that I do is completely based on you. It is all tailored on how you react, your personality make up, your beliefs about your world and yourself and I have in fact found new techniques due to having to adapt to clients' needs.
I don't believe in strict techniques, I believe that in order to be an effective therapist you must use your techniques and therapy and adapt them to the client.
Yes, it can be mind boggling occasionally but that is how you progress your own treatments and therefore provide constantly improving and evolving treatment for your clients.

With so many things which can go wrong with our highly complex mental structures, environments and goals and that terrible thing called "being an individual", no one therapy suits all people and problems.
As a Trainer of Therapists and lecturer in NLP (neuro linguistic programming), Clinical Hypnotherapy, my own developed Parallel Identity Therapy and Time Line Therapy I have a number of approaches to suit you and the problem you are encountering.
For instance, someone who has depression, stress or anxiety would require treatment based on finding the underlying cause of the problem so NLP would be used initially to break down those barriers and further work using P.I.T. and hypnosis to embed movement forward to your desired state and the goals you wish to achieve.
